Webuild's partnerships with the most prestigious Italian and international universities lay the foundations for the training and attraction of talented profiles, in the early stages of their careers, and for developing the next generation of Tomorrow's Builders, which will become the driving force of the our Group in the future.
Through training programmes, employer branding and talent attraction, scholarships and international internship program, we support the innovation, inclusion and professional training of young talents in all the countries where the Group works.

Webuild is engaged in a series of initiatives with universities in Italy and around the world, promoting schoolships and collaborations with 18 universities. Premio Alberto Giovannini, Scuola di mestieri, Challenge 4 Sud, Premio “Ingenio al femminile”, Programmi STEM, these are just some of the activities that demonstrate our commitment to training the builders of tomorrow.

The Webuild "Scuola dei Mestieri" (Trade School) is a professional path that combines theory and experience on the construction site. It aims at training new generation of skilled workers and to integrate then in the Group, with the security of a stable employment and tangible career prospects.

Young Talents in Webuild
UniWeLab: Webuild's research lab and the University of Genoa
UniWeLab is the new research lab and model of open innovation resulting from the collaboration between Webuild and the University of Genoa. The Lab is the concrete symbol of teamwork between a university and a company, whose mission is the applied scientific research and higher education in the sustainable mobility sector.
We are convinced that a Leadership model based on inclusion is a source of enrichment: by encouraging gender equality, and by promoting the ability to work with all kinds of cultures, we create a dialogue between people with different origins, stories and ways of thinking, therefore gaining from their important contribution for our shared mutual growth.
Webuild supports the "Premio Tesi di Laurea Ingenio al Femminile"
The Ingenio al Femminile award - "Stories of women who leave a mark" in line with Webuild's strategy for achieving the SDGs, aims at contributing to achieving Goal no. 5 - "Gender Equality" – of the UN's Agenda 2030, therefore enhancing, encouraging and highlighting women in the technical field.
