Alberto Giovannini Award
An award that gives value to talent.
Webuild believes in young talents newly trained and plans for the future by investing in their present and their ideas. That is why the Group launched in 2021 the "Alberto Giovannini Award": the program dedicated to young graduates and recent graduates and Italian universities to promote innovation and research in infrastructure.
The Prize, whose applications to participate in the second edition 2022-2023 closed on April 15, is among the initiatives of : the program aimed to promote the professional growth of young people in a strategic sector for the country's socio-economic recovery and development and to spread a culture of innovation that can contribute to the technological advancement of the sector, through partnerships with the research universe.
The Award is named in memory of former President Alberto Giovannini, a former Webuild chairman, academic and innovator in Italy and around the world, to celebrate the story of a life and values of ethics and professionalism that can still guide young people entering the world of work and businesses to create pathways to training for young people.
