Independent Director

Ms. Naddeo has served as a member of the Webuild Board of Directors since April 2021.

She graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Commerce of the University of Turin, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Official Auditor.

She is currently Effective Member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Pirelli S.p.A.; Independent Director – Chairman of the Control and Risk Committee and Member of Related Parties Committee of Industrie De Nora S.p.A; Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Mediolanum Assicurazioni S.p.A. and Mediolanum Vita S.p.A.

She was previously: Indipendent Director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee and Member of the Remuneration Committee of CREVAL Banca Spa from 2018 to 2021; Effective member of the Board of Statutory Auditors  of Dufrital S.p.A. from 2019 to 2023; Effective Member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Vera Vita S.p.A from 2021 to 2023; Independent Director, Chairman of the Control and Risk Committee and Member of the Remuneration Committee of TXT e_Solution Spa from 2012 to 2018; Independent Director Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Member of Control and Risk Committee di Astaldi S.p.A. from 2020 to 2021; Effective Member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Salini Impregilo S.p.A. from 2014 to 2020.
She was the Chief Executive Officer of Zenit Alternative Investment Spa from 2004 to 2009.
