Independent Director

Ms. Marinali has served as a member of the Webuild Board of Directors since April 2021.

She has been Chairperson of Open Fiber since December 2021. 

From September 2020 to March 2022 she was Senior Advisor to the CEO of Snam. From 2013 to 2020, she was a member of the first Council of the Transport Regulatory Authority.

In over 25 years spent serving the Italian State, she acquired an in-depth knowledge of the "administrative machinery”, and of Italian institutions. 

From 2009 to 2013, she was General Manager for Road Infrastructure of the Italian Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport. Previously, she was Director of the Secretariat of CIPE (the Italian Interministerial Committee for Economic Planning) and the regent of the Department for Planning and Coordination of the Economic Policy, at the Presidency of the Italian Council of Ministers (2006-2008).

Her other significant experiences include: the Competition and Market Authority, the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Italian Ministry of Productive Activities (now MISE).  She graduated with honours in Economics and Commerce from the La Sapienza University of Rome. She is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor.
