The Global Supply Chain Team coordinates and supervises the procurement processes, the management of the plant and machinery and the planning of the technical aspects of the project. It is responsible for planning investments, standardising and ensuring the efficiency of the procurement processes and for the management and sale of machinery.

Main roles and professional abilities
Regional Supply Chain Manager
The Regional Supply Chain Manager disseminates Procurement guidelines, procedures and models and coordinates the Project Procurement Managers to ensure that the purchasing processes are implemented properly, ensuring the application of the frame-agreements conditions of the and the fulfilment of the procurement plans to reach the targets set for each geographical area.
Commodity Manager
The Commodity Manager defines the procurement and negotiation strategy for the assigned commodities, with a focus on achieving the relative money-saving targets and on consolidating the suppliers, by coordinating the team of reference buyers worldwide.
Procurement Bidding Support & Project Startup Specialist
During the bidding analysis phase, the Procurement Bidding Support & Project Startup Specialist participates in the process designed to identify the suppliers and contractors to involve in the market analysis activities and in the negotiation and management of the pre-bid agreements and/or contracts with key suppliers, analysing the offers received and ensuring that their technical feasibility is verified.
In the start-up phase, the Procurement Bidding Support & Project Startup Specialist is involved in the preparation of the procurement budget for the job order and in the management of the commercial and contractual negotiation activities.
Subcontract Buyer
The Subcontracts Buyer can operate both in the reference Commodity, in HQ, and in the job order team, directly on site. He or she participates in the definition of the budget and purchasing strategy for the commodity, preparing the requests for offers to be sent to the potential
